Your new favorite dip! A perfect appetizer for parties, bbqs, game days or any event. So creamy, so delicious.

Ingredients:
4-5 cups (fits in one round loaf)
3 garlic cloves minced
1 shallot minced
1 red bell pepper minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
(1) 14 oz can artichokes
1 lb crab meat
4 tsp worceshirte
2 tsp old bay seasoning
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
(1) 8 oz softened block of cream cheese
1 cup shredded asiago cheese + extra for topping
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese + extra for topping
Pairings:
bread, crackers, croutons, or veggies for dipping
large round loaf of bread + a second loaf cut up and toasted for dipping
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Heat the olive oil on medium in a pan.
Add the garlic and shallots. Cook for 8 minutes until soft. Add in the red peppers and cook an additional 5 minutes until soft.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and turn off the heat. Mix until everything melts.
If not using a bread bowl: add the dip to an oven safe pan (if you use a cast iron it'll stay hotter longer). Sprinkle some extra asiago and shredded mozzarella on top. If using a bread bowl: carve out the center and add the dip to it. Sprinkle some extra asiago and shredded mozzarella on top.
Place the dip in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese on top is bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy :)
Tips
Remove the cream cheese from the fridge to soften at least 30 min prior to mixing.
Prep this the night/day before if you want. Just wait to bake it right before you serve it and don't add it to the bread bowl until it's ready to be baked.
